We absolutely loved our stay here! This place is located right in the heart of the city center, making it super easy to get to all the historical sites. The service was impeccable, from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping and laundry services. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic room service and the airport shuttle arrangement. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, and a lovely patio.
Highly recommend for families with kids too.

Great location, just a short walk to the City Hall, Bar district, dining area, and famous bridge. The room was excellent, with a very comfy bed and great maid service. The reception staff were helpful and understanding. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a pleasant stay at Eurostars Porto Centro.

We loved the hotel's central location, just steps away from the train station, hop on hop off bus stop, and close to all the popular tourist attractions down to the riverfront. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff were pretty good our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff provided us with maps and recommendations.

The hotel was conveniently located near many popular sights, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Sao Bento train station. we enjoyed heading down the hill to the river to visit the cafes and take in the beautiful views.
There were some minor issues with the bathroom. The sink was clogged and there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the shower.

The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and the main attractions of the city within walking distance.

Great location near public transport, responsive and polite staff, clean and quiet rooms with all necessary amenities for lengthier stays. Some may find the bathroom's transparency surprising, but it's overall nothing to worry about.
